Monday, 2/4
Plan: Stretch & Strengthen
Actual: Body Pump weight training class

Tuesday, 2/5
Plan: 2.5 mile run
Actual: 3.02 miles - 40:11 minutes (13:18 min/mile average pace)

Wednesday, 2/6
Plan: 35 min cross training
Actual: Recruiting event (on my feet for 4 hours straight) =)

Thursday, 2/7
Plan: 2 mile run + strength
Actual: 2.0 miles on treadmill - 18:45 minutes (9:23 min/mile average pace), immediately followed by Body Pump weight training class.

Friday, 2/8
Plan: Rest
Actual: Rest

Saturday, 2/9
Plan: 50 min cross training
Actual: (Switching Saturday with Sunday training plan) 4.05 mile run - 50:19 minutes (12:25 min/mile average pace)

Sunday, 2/10
Plan: 4 mile run
Actual: Shopping for new HDTV (Samsung 61" DLP with LED) and PS3 (for the blu-ray DVD playing functionality) -- I am counting this as my 50 min cross training!
