Actual: Ran 3.0 miles on the treadmill (Oh, how I hate the treadmill..) - 32:54 minutes (10:58 min/mile average pace)
Wednesday, 3/19
Plan: 45 min cross training
Actual: Rest
Thursday, 3/20
Plan: 2 mile run + strength
Actual: Ran 2.29 miles - 25:44 minutes (11:14 min/mile average pace)
Friday, 3/21
Plan: Rest
Actual: Thursday's run + Thursday Girls' Night Out (while everyone except me had Good Friday off) + 3.5 hours sleep = Much needed REST on a Friday night. I think I slept 12 hours. While I was sleeping, I think people came over to play Rock Band and Hold'em... I don't even know what goes on in my own house! Oh well, I love having people over. It makes the house happy =)
Saturday, 3/22
Plan: 60 min cross training
Actual: Ran 5.66 miles - 1:10:25 (12:26 min/mile average pace)
Sunday, 3/23
Plan: 5.5 mile run
Actual: Home Depot and Yard work - 4 hours ... I am counting this as Saturday's "60 min cross training" ........ Ha!
