The Countdown to the 10K!

Day 6: 3 mile run Ran 3.02 miles in 34:17 min (11:21 min/mile average pace)
Day 5: 30 min cross training Hm... I've been working a lot. Believe me, that in itself has been well over 30 minutes worth of cross training......
Day 4: 2 mile run + strength training Ran 2.00 miles in 23:08 min (11:34 min/mile). No strength training - don't want to risk having sore muscles before/on the day of the 10K
Day 3: Rest
Day 2: Rest
Day 1: 10K Race!
